Job summary

The ODP Group is seeking a Client Services Representative in Itasca, IL to deliver superior customer service across order entry, bid processing, product information, outbound follow-up, and issue resolution. The CSR will liaison between customers and internal teams and help gather and maintain customer data.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with 1–2 years’ experience, strong communication, teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Client Services Representative (CSR) is to be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all customer interactions, such as: order entry and bid processing, dissemination of product and service information, outbound sales/service follow-up, and resolution of general customer issues and requests. This person is responsible to resolve all basic internal and external customer issues as well as identifying add-on business opportunities. The CSR will act as liaison between external customer and internal organization and will work to gather and compile customer database and follow-up information.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1-2 years’ experience.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

The salary range for this role is $15.20/hour to $25.84/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
