Job summary

Milton Rents is seeking a dependable Rental Yard Coordinator to prepare equipment for rental, keep the yard organized, and handle delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies. This role supports mechanics and drivers with movement and logistics while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license. The position is active outdoors and requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment.
• Load and unload equipment safely.
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Deliver and pick up small equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.
• Support mechanics and drivers with equipment movement and logistics.
