Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee designated areas, enforce SOPs, and coordinate all rental activities in the Nevadan region. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and asset protection, and manage billing, returns, and inventory all while maintaining high service levels for customers.

The role emphasizes training, compliance with policies, and collaboration with Account Managers to resolve delivery issues, shortages, and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, delegate work, and provide day-to-day guidance to associates.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, asset tracking, and equipment readiness processes.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve issues and communicate with sales teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals.
• Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas.
• Controls warehouse expenses.
• Ensures compliance with all personnel policies.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates including safety programs and workers’ compensation policies.
• Provides support to Account Managers regarding rental equipment and communicates problems to sales representatives and customers.
• Responds to customer issues and escalates concerns as needed.
• Offers guidance and feedback to Rental Coordinators.
