GSP Transportation Inc is seeking a Vehicle Service Agent to service and inspect rental vehicles for customers, transport customers as needed, and maintain logs and the service area. The role involves working with a team to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for pickup.

Qualifications

• Must show proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
• Must be 21 years of age or have a driver’s license for 3 years
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Customer service and sales orientation
• Passion for helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use
• Review the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared
• Transport customers to and from the rental center as required
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management
• Inspect and park cars as directed
• Perform related duties as required or assigned
