Job summary

GSP Transportation Inc is seeking a Vehicle Service Agent to service and inspect rental vehicles and prepare them for customer use. You will transport vehicles from the service area to pickup locations and maintain gas logs while keeping the work area clean.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Age 21+ or driver’s license held for 3+ years.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and MS Word/Excel.
• Precise, fast, and positive attitude.
• Team player with customer service orientation.
• Customer service and sales orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use.
• Review inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are prepared.
• Transport customers to and from the rental center.
• Deliver vehicles to locations as directed.
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management.
• Inspect and park cars as directed.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.
