Christy Sports in Fort Collins is seeking a Rental Technician to fit equipment and deliver top-tier guest service. You’ll use your passion for skiing/snowboarding and gear knowledge to ensure guests are prepared for their mountain day, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role offers a commission component in addition to hourly wages and includes a free employee ski pass. Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred to maximize mountain time for our guests and team.

As a Rental Technician you’ll be the expert who gets guests geared up, comfortable, and confident before they hit the slopes. What Makes You a Fit:

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
