Job summary

Christy Sports in Montana is hiring a Rental Technician to gear up guests, fit boots and equipment, and deliver best-in-class service on the slopes.

You’re outgoing, love skiing or snowboarding, flexible with holidays and weekends, able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs, with basic computer skills for transactions and documentation. • You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation.
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal).

• Get people excited for their ski or ride day by expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
