Job summary

Seasonal position at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake, within Big Bear Mountain Resort, part of Alterra Mountain Company. You will support the equipment rental process and assist guests with product information and maintenance.

Starting wage between $26.50/hr and $29.76/hr, based on experience, with opportunities to train staff and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic mountain environment. Snow Summit LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Have at least two years of experience in a rental shop at Big Bear Mountain Resorts.
• Ability to effectively and enthusiastically present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Have a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
