Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager for our Seattle branch to oversee equipment rental and sales services, drive profitability, and uphold high quality standards.

You will lead staff, conduct audits, manage fleet, ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, and cultivate strong customer relationships while traveling as needed.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Assists with management of branch to ensure equipment rental and sales services are executed in the most effective manner with high quality standards, identifies area of maintaining and improving its competitive position as well as the profitability of location.

Pay Range:$38.00 - $40.00 per hour
