Job summary

SIXT is hiring for a customer service and sales-focused role at our Miami branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service and driving upsells on vehicle upgrades and add-ons while ensuring smooth rental processes.

You will handle rental agreements, answer inquiries, and aim to exceed sales targets with strong product knowledge. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required, and US driver’s license with clean record is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact or retail/service roles is a must.
• Strong upselling and closing skills with targets in mind.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays in a team setting.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
• You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
