Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Vehicle Service Attendant to help prepare vehicles for customer rentals. You will focus on thorough cleaning, basic readiness checks, and getting cars rental-ready while keeping a fast-paced workflow.

In this role, you’ll work outdoors in all weather and transport vehicles around the lot to support customer satisfaction. Hourly rate is $16.00 with monthly incentives; overtime and holiday pay are provided, along with sick pay, PTO and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 20 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to be rental-ready and for customer pickup.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while meeting Hertz Clean standards.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks including dashboard warnings, tire condition, and fluid levels.
