Job summary

Hertz is seeking Car Wash Attendants to prepare vehicles for rental, clean interiors and exteriors, and ensure readiness for customer pickup. You will work outdoors in all weather, maintain Hertz Gold Clean standards, and help deliver a fast, friendly rental experience.

Requirements include being at least 20 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. The role offers an hourly pay of $15.50 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to be rental-ready, both inside and out.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while meeting Hertz Clean standards (target 5 rental-ready vehicles per hour).
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks (dashboard lights, tires, fuel, fluids).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and transport vehicles around the lot.
