Job description

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a part-time rental property coordinator to assist with the daily support of our Rental Management team. This is a "hands-on" position in the field facilitating all areas of property management. This part-time position is located in Portage County, Ohio, working primarily day shifts with some occasional evening and weekend hours. The role reports to the Director of Rental Management.

Job Duties
  • Supportive role working directly with clients/residents, rental management staff, and various contractors/vendors
  • Assist with all aspects of rental property management, including application processing, leasing, move-ins and move-outs, compliance, and monthly inspections
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience working with property maintenance, contractors, vendors, and property management
  • Team player with a "go with the flow" attitude
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Preferred: experience with property maintenance and affordable housing
