Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group seeking a Rental Manager for our branch. The Rental Manager plans and directs the Rental activities of the branch, organizing and controlling the efforts of the Rental Department personnel to meet company objectives.

You will lead rental operations, develop sales programs, monitor performance, and train staff to ensure goals are achieved while maintaining strong customer service and on-call

Qualifications

• Sales experience or recent training.
• Detail oriented.
• Available on call-out basis to service customers.
• Must be Company/Team minded.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all activities of the Rental Department at branch assigned accomplishing objectives and defines sales goals.
• Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales, utilization, and profit target based on current market conditions.
• Evaluates Rental performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate actions as necessary. Appraises performance of rental personnel against established standards and targets.
• Controls Rental utilization through the analyzation of market potential in accordance with established goals.
• Develops and trains Rental Department personnel to ensure objectives are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Rental Manager plans and directs the Rental activities of the branch.
