Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for an on-site vehicle attendant at our airport locations in Dallas, Texas. In this outdoor role, you’ll inventory vehicles, maintain status in a handheld device, ensure cars are clean and ready to rent, and help customers with questions while delivering friendly service.

No experience needed; must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to stand/move around the lot. Willingness to work all shifts and on-the-job training with benefits available.

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Enjoyment of working outdoors and staying active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

In this role, you’ll play an important part behind the scenes—helping ensure vehicles are ready, available, and in the right place for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will inventory vehicles across our airport rental lots and enter vehicle status and other information into a mobile handheld device. You’ll help ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customers to rent, coordinate vehicle movement as needed, and assist customers when questions arise—all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.
