Rental Foreman (Sales)

As a Rental Foreman, you'll be a working leader applying your electrical expertise while managing a team of a Rental Technician and a Shipper/Receiver. You will ensure all rental equipment is operational, organized, and ready for deployment, while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental Team
2. Oversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipment
3. Ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipment
4. Manage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standards
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and workspaces
6. Coordinate staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines
7. Respond to after-hours calls as required
8. Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability

Equipment includes: Automatic and manual transfer switches, distribution panels, dry/padmount/substation transformers, cable, motor starters, breakers, splitters, and more across a range of voltages and amperage levels.
