Job summary

Penske is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to help reduce downtime on fleet units by driving cycle-time improvements and cost-saving initiatives. The role requires onsite work at the corporate office and collaboration with maintenance teams and external providers.

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contributor in managing accident repair activities across the fleet, ensuring repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and within company guidelines.
  • Review and audit repair estimates and accident-related Repair Orders to drive quality, consistency, and cost control.
  • Monitor fleet downtime, accident status units, and operational reporting to support vehicle uptime and customer service objectives.
  • Partner with field maintenance teams, collision centers, and external repair providers to resolve issues and improve repair cycle performance.
  • Measure and communicate cost savings, operational results, and performance trends to leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional training efforts and provide support for Preventive Maintenance, Warranty, and other maintenance-related programs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and reduce expenses.
  • Support departmental initiatives, strategic projects, and additional responsibilities as needed.

Position Summary
