Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site role in Kailua, Hawaii. You’ll assist customers returning rental vehicles, greeting them, securing keys, and recording vehicle details while ensuring smooth processing and accurate check-in for the next rental.

The job emphasizes friendly service, the ability to work outdoors, and flexible shifts. Training, PTO, health/dental insurance, and 401(k) benefits accompany the position; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with customers and delivering great service.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk or move around the lot and handle vehicles.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required, no remote work.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles.
• Greet customers, secure keys, record mileage and fuel levels.
• Check vehicles in through our computer system and ensure accuracy.
• Support efficient processing and maintain professional customer service.
