Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel-powered rental equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Performs preventive maintenance and executes OEM-recommended service schedules to maintain fleet health and compliance.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues, identifies repair scope, and escalates complex failures as needed.
• Generates, updates, and closes work orders documenting diagnostics, labor, parts usage, and repair outcomes.
• Maintains OSHA safety standards and proper PPE usage.
• Assists with parts ordering, stock management, and inventory organization.
• Collaborates with branch staff to prioritize repairs based on fleet demand.
