Summary

The Billing Coordinator II is responsible for researching and billing exception agreements in assigned districts, auditing and researching each exception, working Salesforce cases, and processing revenue rejections and vehicle changes (VCNs). End-of-month tasks include working accruals, submitting journal entries, and researching district variances. Excellent communication skills are essential for interfacing with operational locations and internal departments.

Essential Functions
  1. Research and release billing exceptions daily for assigned districts.
  2. Understand and investigate mileage variances and exceptions.
  3. Provide backup support for other Billing Coordinators.
  4. Communicate with field operations via email or phone.
  5. Research discrepancies or previous billings to ensure accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general software knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
