Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort is hiring for a seasonal Equipment Rental Assistant at Snow Valley, located in Running Springs. You will assist guests with all aspects of the rental process and provide information on available products.

Starting wage is $19.00/hr to $20.88/hr, depending on experience. Applicants must be 16 years or older and able to work weekends and holidays; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude.
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals.
• Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
