Job summary

Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is seeking experienced Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects across the DMV area. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and drive projects from start to finish while maintaining safety and quality standards.
