Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center is hiring immediately in your area for an entry-level driving and customer service role. No experience is required—we train you, with a clear path into management.

You will deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, load and unload items, set up in customers’ homes, and assist in-store tasks. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and a 5-day work week with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimum 1 year driving).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.

• Assist in-store tasks between deliveries.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.

What You’ll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You’ll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You’ll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training
