Job summary

Impact RTO in Vidalia, GA is hiring for an entry-level delivery driver and customer service role. You will drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances, assist customers in-store, and help with related tasks.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Starting pay is $15.00+ per hour with higher pay for bilingual candidates, plus monthly bonuses based on store performance and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — follow safety procedures.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Collect payments at the door when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries.

What You'll Do

This is a driving and customer service job. You'll be on the road most of the day delivering furniture and appliances to customers' homes, picking up items, and occasionally collecting payments. You'll also help out in the store as needed assembling items as well as assisting in customer facing tasks.
