Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support renovation and new construction initiatives. You will coordinate vendors, track orders, and stage deliveries to ensure timely installations while partnering with sales, customers, merchandising and vendors to produce quotes and specifications.

Under general supervision, you will manage project status updates, assist with quoting, and help source vendors when needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staged product deliveries and project installations including problem resolution.
• Relays key pricing factors to the vendor for special orders.
• Assists with product selection and generates quotes.
• Creates quote presentations for the sales representatives.
• Maintains consistent and accurate project status updates.
• May conduct sourcing for vendors outside of the standard catalog vendors to fulfill client needs.
