Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee renovation and construction projects, coordinating vendor communications, quotes, and staged deliveries. You will partner with sales, customers, merchandising, and vendors to secure specifications and pricing needed for projects.

The role involves tracking orders, updating project status, and occasionally sourcing vendors beyond the standard catalog to meet client needs. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staged product deliveries and installations.
• Relay pricing factors to vendors for special orders.
• Assist with product selection and generate quotes.
• Create quote presentations for the sales representatives.
• Maintain consistent and accurate project status updates.
• May conduct sourcing for vendors outside standard catalog vendors; contact is usually with pre-sourced vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
