Position Summary:
This position is a fully operational journey level carpentry foreman, primarily working individually and occasionally with other staff. The primary focus is to perform the repair, renovation, and maintenance of multi-unit residential or light commercial facilities under the direction of an area supervisor. This position will also serve as the subject matter expert for their team, onboarding and training new or less experienced employees. The work involves a variety of tasks in the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems associated with buildings, including building, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, renovating, demolishing, maintaining, finishing, and painting structures, structural parts, furnishings, locks, and associated building equipment.
