Job summary

JPI Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Renovation Plumbing Mechanic to join our team. You’ll handle rough-ins, finish work, and troubleshoot existing systems on residential and commercial renovation projects while coordinating with other trades and interpreting drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing renovation or remodel experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ability to read plans, assess existing conditions, and solve problems independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 30-Hour OSHA certification and 10-Hour SST certification.
• Full gas card.
• Your own professional hand tools.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and develop practical solutions to unexpected site conditions.
• Work closely with other trades to keep projects moving.
• Read drawings and interpret existing building conditions to complete high-quality installations.
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Complete accurate job reports and daily service tickets.
