Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Background delivering renovation, redevelopment, or TI projects.
• Experience managing projects in occupied/operational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules and address field challenges.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Manage projects in occupied facilities with minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver on time and budget.
