Job summary

Lehr, a premier provider of vehicle upfitting solutions, seeks a Supply Chain/Warehouse Manager to lead Reno operations. The role drives warehouse, purchasing, inventory, and logistics to keep materials moving and vendor relationships strong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years in supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, or operations management in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency in procurement, inventory control, logistics, shipping, and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, storage, inventory control.
• Lead warehouse staff with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate inventory in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and perform cycle counts.
• Develop purchasing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and monitor procurement.
