Loyal Source Government Services in Reno, Nevada is seeking a skilled Fire Project Manager to lead complex fire alarm, life safety, and integrated security projects from turnover through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and final closeout.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of project management experience on fire alarm installations, strong budgeting and coordination skills, and the ability to liaise with customers, AHJs, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience on fire alarm installation projects.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor planning, procurement, scheduling, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Strong understanding of: construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, BOMs, SOWs, and closeout documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire alarm, life safety and integrated security projects from turnover through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, contractors, engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and AHJs.
