Job Description:

The Renewals Specialist (VMware) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) will be responsible for proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts to leverage renewal sales.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and monitor the pipeline of opportunities with manufacturers, the commercial team, and customers.
  • Assist in developing and executing plans to maintain and grow the renewal business, collaborating with Field Sales Executives, Product Managers, and/or Renewal Managers.
  • Support and monitor negotiation opportunities to identify potential cross-selling to increase revenue and margin.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts to grow renewal sales.
  • Create and implement plans to sustain and expand the renewals business in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Maintain and monitor the pipeline of renewal opportunities with manufacturers, the commercial team, and customers.
  • Assist and oversee negotiation opportunities to identify cross-selling potentials for revenue and margin growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications required for supplier programs.
  • Enhance renewal processes by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Promote continuous improvement in renewal processes through proposing innovative solutions, collecting feedback, and analyzing customer retention metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English (level B1 or higher).
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and attention to detail skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and focus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Other Education/Certifications:
  • Over 3 years' experience in sales preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • VMware Certified Associate (VCA) preferred.
Working Conditions:
