Renewals Specialist - Contractor Position

Position Summary:

The Renewals Specialist manages assigned customer accounts daily, working closely with sales, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to resolve issues. This role focuses on recurring revenue and software asset management, fostering customer retention and loyalty. Strong understanding of CPQ quoting and license auditing is essential for engaging Fortune 500 procurement teams. This is a 1099 Contract Position.

What You'll Do:
  1. Be a licensing expert, understanding all assets within your accounts
  2. Understand complex software quoting
  3. Know ARR, ACV, and TCV Revenue Models
  4. Collaborate with professional services, support, and sales for onboarding
  5. Manage renewals proactively for retention
  6. Coordinate with sales to drive expansions
  7. Review client requests with support and product teams, escalate when needed
  8. Identify at-risk accounts and take action
  9. Ensure positive customer experiences and identify key stakeholders
  10. Start procurement/renewal process three months prior to renewal date
What You'll Bring:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in roles like Customer Success, Support, or Sales Engineering
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Privilege Access solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
  • Ability to interface with multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients, preferably at director level
  • Understanding of technical aspects and providing solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and cross-functional skills
  • Excellent communication skills
