  • Protect and grow recurring revenue through proactive account planning and renewal management.
  • Identify renewal risks early and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
  • Build trusted executive‑level relationships across client organisations.
  • Support targeted expansion opportunities and commercial growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Legal, and Client Success teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Help modernise renewal processes through improved governance, analytics, automation, and operational discipline.

  • Modernise front‑office workflows and operating models.
  • Improve analytics, reporting, and operational visibility.
  • Support technology transformation and cloud initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through more effective client‑facing operations.
How you'll do it
  • Manage complex commercial renewal cycles across strategic financial institution accounts.
  • Develop renewal strategies aligned to customer objectives and business outcomes.
  • Conduct executive business reviews focused on value delivery and future requirements.
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Trading, Investment Management, Technology, Operations, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Use data, reporting, product utilisation insights, and engagement metrics to assess account health and renewal risk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to remove commercial blockers and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer adoption and long‑term retention.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience within Renewals, Account Management, Client Retention, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Commercial Account Management.
  • Strong experience managing complex commercial negotiations and enterprise contract renewals.
  • Experience working within Capital Markets, FinTech, Financial Services, Enterprise Software, or Financial Technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, retention strategies, and account growth.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and key decision‑makers.
  • Ability to manage complex renewal pipelines, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data‑driven reporting tools.
  • Highly Desirable Experience within Front Office Capital Markets technology.
  • Knowledge of trading workflows, market data, portfolio management, investment management, or order and execution management solutions.
  • Experience working with investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, or other global financial institutions.
  • Experience supporting both renewal retention and revenue growth objectives.
  • Exposure to renewal analytics, client health metrics, account coverage models, and forecasting frameworks.
