We are now seeking a Front Office Client Retention Manager to protect and grow recurring revenue across strategic client relationships while helping customers maximise the value of their FIS investment.
This role is about more than contract renewals.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping protect critical commercial relationships, drive value realisation, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long‑term retention outcomes across some of the most sophisticated organisations in global capital markets.
The pay range for this full-time position is 104,750.00 - 178,070.00 USD Annual and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
