As a Renewal Manager, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal negotiation through partnership with Account Managers and the extended account team. You will liaise closely with many other Netwrix business functions, including Finance, Support and Service Delivery to support the Customer Experience team in delivering outstanding customer experience through their journey.
You will be responsible for interfacing with customers on Netwrix’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue. You will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to Netwrix’s growth.
