Job summary

EPITEC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Renewal Support Specialist for a 1-year contract to quote transactional renewals and collaborate with sales to ensure timely, accurate renewal opportunities with partners.

Qualifications

Job Title: Renewal Specialist

Summary

The Renewal Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the renewal process by quoting transactional renewals and collaborating with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal opportunities. This role focuses on existing contracts and works closely with partner contacts and internal stakeholders to prepare quotes and respond to inquiries. The Specialist contributes to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through attention to detail and responsiveness.

What You’ll Do

What we expect of you

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
