Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional safety/technical training on wind, solar, and battery storage topics.
• Travel to sites (up to 50%) to administer training and conduct on-the-job training.
• Develop evaluation instruments and collect feedback for program improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging course content per job standards.
• Support site safety needs including safety audits and incident investigations.
