• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, construction, project management, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or related environment; more years if no degree.
• Knowledge of PM methods, processes, and industry terminology; field construction or utility exposure is a plus.
• Analytical, collaborative, and adaptable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of construction and renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, plans, action items, and information to advance activities.
• Monitor tasks, provide status updates, and elevate issues for review.
• Collaborate with project managers, sponsors, construction teams, and engineers.
• Track commitments, share information, and follow up on actions for alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and capture lessons learned.
