RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Tiger Team Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintenance for our renewable energy facilities. The role supervises technicians, coordinates maintenance, monitors performance, and ensures safe, compliant work across wind, solar, and storage systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on O&M experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and a proven track record coaching frontline teams.

Qualifications

Requires a hands-on leader with renewable energy ops & maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and coaching skills are essential for frontline teams.
Familiarity with wind, solar, and energy storage systems preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, NERC, and PUC standards.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime across the shift.
Monitor machinery performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and technicians on safety protocols.
Oversee on-site contractor activity and ensure timelines and quality standards.
