Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initial development, including permitting and feasibility studies, through to the construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of PV construction and management experience (EPC and/or owner perspective).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; English proficiency.
• Ability to travel and stay on site at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
• Coordinate with finance teams to track project costs, assess viability, and secure funding.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental and permitting requirements.
• Oversee transition from development to construction, including bids, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with site managers and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks across all project phases to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Act as central point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Lead commissioning and handover to operations; manage project closeout and lessons learned.
• Office 50% and travel 50% to job sites.
