Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily solar. You will manage projects from development through commissioning, with a focus on permitting, feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in renewable energy projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of project finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
10+ years experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives.
Team player with strong organizational & time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects & business relationships effectively.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
MS Office proficiency; good knowledge of MS Project and CAD.
Willingness to travel and stay on project sites as required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
Work closely with finance teams to track project costs, assess financial viability, and secure funding or capital.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, zoning, and land-use permits.
Coordinate preparation of documentation and submissions for permitting agencies.
Oversee transition from development to construction, including bids, vendor selection, and negotiations.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate with site managers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specs, health & safety, and quality control.
Identify and manage risks across all project phases to avoid delays or overruns.
Serve as central point of contact for stakeholders including management, investors, contractors, and community groups.
Provide progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
Lead commissioning and handover to operations; oversee closeout and lessons learned.
Office 50% and travel 50% to job sites.

Requirements
