Job summary

Dominion Energy is looking for a Renewable Operations Support Analyst to assist with the integration and transition of current Third-Party managed O&M sites. The role involves testing, alarm analysis, and documenting corrective actions, with rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The analyst will review generator and substation alarms, address inverter and grid faults, and work with technicians to bring sites back online, ensuring optimal production and reliability.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of renewable generation concepts.
• Ability to learn job-specific computer applications and provide analysis of data.
• Ability to handle constantly changing and emerging priorities.
• Ability to address multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interpersonal skills; verbal and written communications; analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely communication of changes to site status to the Renewable Technicians in the field via verbal and SAP notifications and manage site access logs.
• Coordinate with field technicians to analyze site status, develop a return-to-service plan, and maximize production hours while minimizing downtime.
• Work with field technicians to re-energize and bring sites back online.
