Tech 2: The full pay range for this role is $23.00 to $38.00 per hour, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.
Tech 3: The full pay range for this role is $26.00 to $43.00 per hour, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $30.00 to $36.00 per hour.
We are seeking dedicated and talented individuals for roles ranging from Technician 2 to advanced Technician 3 to perform maintenance, repair, and operational activities on utility‑scale renewable energy assets, including wind turbines, photovoltaic (PV) power systems, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Candidates will be placed at the level commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and successful completion of internal competency standards.
Each Renewable Energy Technician will attend a mandatory 3‑4 week training and certification course at the start of their employment. The exact duration will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The training is in Albert Lea, MN, and travel, accommodation, and expenses will be provided.
This position is onsite in Desert Center, CA.
The level of autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility distinctly separates the two technician roles.
