Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Manager in Houston to guide clients through tax planning, compliance, and strategy within our Tax practice. You will lead teams, mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and drive high-quality outcomes with a focus on integrity and innovation.

You are expected to have 4+ years of experience and CPA, Bar or related credentials, and travel up to 20% as needed to serve clients across the practice.

• 4+ years of experience required.
• CPA, Bar or other tax/finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively.
• Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to review and analyze financial data for tax planning and compliance.
• Drafting and preparing tax documents to support clients in optimizing their tax positions.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax strategy improvements.
• Developing and implementing project management plans to achieve successful tax compliance outcomes.
• Embracing change and innovation to enhance tax services delivery and client satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address tax-related challenges and opportunities.
