Job summary

PwC in San Francisco is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Manager to guide clients through tax planning, compliance and strategy within our Tax practice. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, mentor junior staff, and deliver high-quality tax services with integrity and innovation.

You will analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, address conflicts, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve tax positions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• CPA, Bar membership or other tax, technology, or finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading tax compliance workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet regulatory requirements
• Drafting and preparing tax documents to support clients in optimizing their tax positions
• Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage growth in tax compliance and strategy
