Job summary

C.T. Male Associates is expanding its Renewable Energy team with an immediate opening for a Renewable Energy Site Development Manager in our Civil Engineering and Land Services Division.

Based in Latham, NY, you will lead site civil and landscape components for municipal-permit packages and construction documents. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team, and contribute to client interaction, project delivery, and growth opportunities within a supportive firm

Qualifications

• Ten plus (10+) years of site development experience with knowledge of site civil design, grading and drainage.
• Strong knowledge of site civil design, permitting, and land use regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead renewable energy site development projects, including site civil plans and related documents for permits and construction packages.
• Perform site visits and prepare feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, clients, and agencies.
• Lead planning board and public presentations, securing regulatory permits and approvals.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and manage multiple projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate QA/QC review procedures for projects.
