BCG Attorney Search seeks a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate for its Kansas City, MO office. The candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, focusing on development and financing.

The role requires collaboration with the Energy & Natural Resources team, management of related real estate transactions, and the ability to articulate legal strategies with sound judgment under pressure. A JD and bar license are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills.
