Job summary

Repsol Renewables Services North America (RRSNA) seeks a Project Management Intern to support planning, execution, and delivery of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the United States. The role offers exposure to project controls, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Environmental, and Development teams, gather data for leadership, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without a work/student visa.
• Enrolled at an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and renewable energy development, construction, or operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when appropriate.
• Demonstrates integrity, safety, ethics, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, action logs, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Environmental, and Development teams.
• Gather, validate, and analyze project data to support decisions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Assist with risk tracking, issue resolution, and mitigation planning.
• Attend meetings and document notes, action items, and follow-up.
• Support document control and management of contracts, permits, and deliverables.
• Monitor milestones and help keep activities on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute to process improvements for better project execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment.
• Assist with project close-out activities and lessons learned.
