Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of experience in operations, energy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Notion) is a plus.
• Engineering background or coursework preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and track cross‑functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Research zoning, permitting requirements, environmental factors, and land use restrictions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project documentation and follow‑up.
